§ Mr. MullinThe visa regime for Jamaican nationals was introduced on 9 January this year. From the period 9 January to 9 October, 21,328 Jamaican nationals applied for visas to visit the UK at our Embassies and High Commissions overseas. Of these, 8,340 were refused entry clearance.
