§ Mr. IngramThis incident has been investigated by the appropriate Civil Police authority, the Land Accident Investigation Team, and the Health and Safety Executive. The Health and Safety Executive has yet to report its findings. An Army Board of Inquiry will be convened in due course. It would be inappropriate for me to comment until all this work has concluded.
