§ The Prime MinisterAll Ministers are required to conduct themselves in accordance with the requirements set out in the Ministerial Code. As has already been made clear, Lord Sainsbury does not take part in any Government decisions or discussions relating to GM food including those at the Sci-Bio Committee.
