§ Mr. CaplinUnder the provisions of the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998, the Act covers all Ministry of Defence civil servants including medical, welfare, administrative and civilian lawyers attached to the Department. The Act does not apply to members, or former members, of the armed forces.
