§ Mr. CaplinSection 25 of the Police Reform Act 2002 relates to misconduct and complaint regulations for the National Criminal Intelligence Service and the National Crime Squad, and is therefore a matter for my right hon. Friend the Home Secretary.
Section 79(3) is the responsibility of the Ministry of Defence and will be brought into force early next year.
