§ Mr. Hutton[holding answer 10 November 2003]: Revenue allocations for the provision of health care, made to Primary care trusts for 2003–04 to 2005–06, were announced on 11 December 2002.
Any changes in population figures will be used for the next round of allocations. Preparatory work will begin early next year.
