To ask the Secretary of State for Defence (1) what percentage of the defence budget was spent in each of the regions of the United Kingdom (a) in cash terms and (b) as a percentage of the total in each of the last five years; [140357]

(2) if he will list the percentage of the defence budget per head spent in each United Kingdom region in the last year for which figures are available, in descending order. [140358]
