To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what recent discussions he has had with the Scottish Executive on procedures in place for dealing with unaccompanied minors seeking asylum in the UK who are resident in Scotland. [127864]

(7) what measures are in place to reduce the number of appeals against asylum application decisions; [139652]

(8) what (a) number and (b) percentage of asylum applications were rejected purely on procedural grounds in 2002–03. [139653]
