§ Ruth KellyOf the 28 organisations mentioned in my earlier answer, the Treasury fully funds secondments to 6 of the organisations (with one of which we have a reciprocal arrangement). Secondments are partially funded by us to 6 other organisations, and the remaining 16 are fully funded by the organisation.
