§ Ruth KellyThe Treasury has an ongoing programme of user testing for its website. The views of external and internal users are regularly sampled, with the findings feeding into improvements to layout indexing and contents. This development programme also takes account of the accessibility and usability guidelines set out by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and the Office of the e-Envoy.
