§ Mr. JamiesonA vehicle with windows which has light transmittance values less than the prescribed minima in Regulation 32 is unlawful irrespective of whether it might subjectively be described as having either 'light' or 'heavy' tints. Information on the number of vehicles which do not comply with the regulation is not held.
