§ Mr. LammyFollowing the Probate Service Review in 2001, a consultation paper was published in November 2002 seeking responses on the Review's recommendations. The responses are being analysed by the Court Service. The outcome of the analysis will be put to Ministers early in the New Year. A public announcement is expected by Easter 2004.
