§ Lord Bassam of BrightonThe Ministerial Code provides advice and guidance to Ministers on these issues. Permanent Secretaries also provide advice. In addition, the Centre for Management and Policy Studies in the Cabinet Office runs an induction event for new Ministers where these issues are also covered.
