§ Mr. McNultyLondon Underground is run by London Underground Ltd. (LUL), which is owned by Transport for London. LUL's contracts with the private sector infrastructure companies require the latter to meet performance specifications designed to deliver faster, more reliable and more pleasant journeys for passengers.
