§ Tessa JowellAll Olympic sports that won medals in Sydney have had their funding confirmed to 31 March 2005. The National Governing Bodies of these sports are all preparing draft World Class programme plans for the Beijing Olympiad by March 2004 and refining those plans post Athens, by November 2004. The Sports Councils will review the plans during December and January and decisions on funding effective from April 2005 will be taken in January and February 2005.
