To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills what proportion of children in(a) Wiltshire, (b) Dorset,(c) Devon and (d) Somerset gained level 4 and above at Key Stage 2 in (i) English and (ii) mathematics in each year since 1997. [138962]
