§ Mr. RammellWe have not made representations to the Israeli Government about the specific shipment referred to. We have not been able to establish the fate of the shipment. But we continue to discuss with the Government of Israel the general humanitarian impact of its policies and the importance of unfettered access to humanitarian aid throughout the Occupied Territories.
