§ Alan JohnsonWe are informed by the Office of the Independent Adjudicator for Higher Education (OIA) that its annual case workload is estimated initially to be350W around 300 cases a year. The Department is providing up to £1 million in total over the two financial years 2003–04 and 2004–05 to establish the OIA. Thereafter, the OIA is expected to be funded by institutions.
