The annual report of Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of the Magistrates' Courts Service for 2002 03 has been laid before Parliament today. This document gives full details of the Magistrates' Court Service Inspectorate's performance for that year. Copies of the report have been placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
