§ Ruth KellyThe Regulation on cross-border payments in euro seeks to prevent excessive charges for consumers for certain cross-border payments in euro by imposing requirements in connection with the level, transparency and facilitation of charges for these types of payments. It does not apply to sterling denominated payments.
