§ Mr. IngramBritish Forces Cyprus Service Personnel, UK Based Civilians, authorised UK Officials and their dependants and specified close relatives are permitted to visit Northern Cyprus. Such personnel either cross as tourists or on passes arranged by the British High Commission. The procedures for issuing passes remain under review in the light of on-going political developments affecting the island.
