Mr. Mike O"BrienHMG carries out a wide range of defence activity with bilateral and multilateral partners, much of which could be described as "military aid" or "military assistance". Such activity is carried out both by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Ministry of Defence, and funded from a number of sources, including the joint FCO/MOD/DfID Conflict Prevention Fund.
