§ Paul GogginsThe report on Her Majesty"s Chief Inspector of Prisons" inspection of Kingston prison carried out between 12 and 16 February 2001, was published in September 2001. The Director General of the Prison Service sent an action plan to the Chief Inspector in November 2001, which responded to each of the recommendations made in the report. In accordance with the agreed protocol the action plan was updated in July 2002. I will send the hon. Member a copy of this document, which sets out the information he requires.
