HL Deb 20 May 2003 vol 648 c72WA
Lord Hylton

asked Her Majesty's Government:

What response has been received by the Minister for the Environment, Michael Meacher, to his letter to the chairman of the Food Standards Agency, Sir John Krebs, concerning the environmental benefits of organic farming; if no reply has yet been received, when one is expected; and whether they will place a copy in the Libraries of both Houses. [HL2748]

Lord Whitty:

I am arranging for copies of the correspondence so far to be placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
