To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make a statement on the progress of discussions between his Department and the Association of Chief Police Officers regarding the issue of illegal rave gatherings on private property. [113171]

During the last 12 months, my officials have held discussions with the Association of Chief Police Officers on raves. We will bring forward legislative changes to deal with this problem when parliamentary time allows.
