§ Mr. MorleyRegulations transposing that Directive are currently being prepared. I expect these to be the subject of a public consultation exercise shortly. As soon as they are in place the site will be formally proposed by the UK to the European Commission. In parallel, the UK is actively discussing emergency fisheries measures with the European Commission aimed at protecting the site.
