§ Beverley HughesMr. Serir is due to be removed from the United Kingdom on 16 May 2003, under administrative powers contained in the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999; he is not being deported. Mr. Serir lodged an application for leave to remain on 24 March 2003 on the basis of his marriage to a British citizen. This application was refused on 25 March 2003.
