§ The Prime MinisterThe circumstances in which information is exempt from the code of practice on account of legal professional privilege are set out in paragraphs 4.15 and paragraphs 4.16 of the Guidance on Interpretation to the code of practice on Access to Government Information (second edition 1997), a copy of which is available in the Library.
