§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Baroness Amos)The Queen would be asked to approve withdrawing an honorary knighthood which she had previously conferred on a foreign national only on the specific recommendation of the Foreign Secretary.
