Further to the Written Answer by the Lord Whitty (WA 35), why it took so long to quote, as an Answer, five paragraphs from a White Paper; and whether they can be more specific as to the transfer of powers before the Third Reading of the Regional Assemblies (Preparations) Bill. [HL2544]

The question covered various policy areas spanning organisational units in more than one government department. It took longer than is usual to publish because we wanted to ensure that the answer given was full, accurate and up to date. There is nothing further to add to the previous Answer.
