§ Clare ShortThe Joint NGO Emergency Preparedness Initiative (JNEPI) is a consortium of non-governmental organisations consisting of the International Medical Corps, International Rescue Committee, Mercy Corps, Save the Children U.S. and World Vision U.S. It aims to serve as a clearing house for information gathered by its members and other agencies on the Iraq situation. It is currently based in Amman, Jordan. My Department is in regular contact with JNEPI on humanitarian preparedness planning.
