§ Mr. BrowneThe management of the courts estate is the responsibility of the Lord Chancellor. During the past couple of years there have been a number of informal discussions between NIO Ministers and Ministers from the Lord Chancellor's Department on the issue of courthouse closures in Northern Ireland as part of normal business of keeping each other informed of developments.
