How many Peers, of those who claimed expenses in the years 1999–2000, 2000–01 and 2001–02 respectively, claimed total expenses of under £1,000, between £1,001–£15,000, £5,001–£10,000, £10,001–£15,000,£15,001–£20,000,£20,001–£25,000, £25,001–£30,000,£30,001–£35,000,£35,001–£40,000 and over £40,000 respectively.
