§ Beverley HughesHektor Sinani s asylum claim was refused on 17 April 2000, and the subsequent appeal was dismissed on 13 March 2001. Mr. Sinani's papers are at Eaton House to consider further applications on the basis of his marriage and Human Rights grounds. These applications will be resolved within the next two weeks.
