To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills how much was spent on schools in Somerset, in each year from 1990–91 to 2002–03, at 2001–02 prices, broken down to show(a) local government spending, (b) central government credit approval and (c) central government expenditure by each available category; and if he will make a statement. [99823]
