§ Mr. HuttonUnder proposals for a new general medical services contract, practices will have the flexibility to introduce new partners or employ the staff they need in order to meet their needs and the needs of their patients. If general practitioners vote to accept the contract, the existing system of statutory vacancies will be replaced with these new arrangements.
