§ Mrs. LiddellI have regular discussions with the First Minister on a wide range of matters. Scottish Executive Ministers recently received a report from the Scottish Manufacturing Steering Group and I have undertaken to assist in securing consideration by the relevant Government Departments of recommendations in the report relating to reserved matters.
