§ Mr. PearsonCompensation is claimed by affected parties and generally settled in negotiation with the Valuation and Lands Agency acting on behalf of the acquiring authority. If a party is not content with the level of compensation offered, there is a right to refer the matter to the Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland for a determination.
There is no intention to alter this right of appeal to the Lands Tribunal.
