§ Mr. Charles ClarkeDetails of the administrative budgets allocated to internal directorates in my Department for 2003–04 are set out in the table. Firm internal allocations have not been agreed for the forward years. The figures are on a resource accounting basis, budgets are no longer allocated on a cash basis.
