§ Keith HillCurrent planning guidance on telecommunications is set out in Planning Policy Guidance Note 8 (revised) (PPG8). The planning arrangements for telecommunications developments were significantly strengthened in August 2001, and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister has no plans to amend further these planning arrangements at the present time.
