§ Lord Williams of MostynThe chief executive of Action Mental Health in Northern Ireland is a senior civil servant seconded from the Department for Employment and Learning. Action Mental Health reimburses the department with the notional salary for the post, which was equivalent to approximately 60 per cent of the secondee's salary during the 2002–03 financial year.
