§ Mr. LeslieOf the properties currently leased by the Audit Commission, 75 per cent. are accessible by people with disabilities. The average percentage of local authority buildings open to the public in which all public areas are suitable for the accessible to people with disabilities was 30 per cent. in 2001–02.
