§ Mr. BoatengThe cost of producing and distributing the Financial Statement and Budget Report (FSBR) and associated documents was met from within the Treasury's three-year Departmental Expenditure Limits. The Stationery Office, the publishers, are responsible for the sale of the FSBR through their chain of bookstores.
