§ Mr. McNultyLancashire received a total of £12.051 million for integrated transport measures as part of the 2003–4 transport settlement. Lancashire's Local Transport Plan includes a range of measures to enhance public transport provision in rural areas of the county. It is for Lancashire to spend the allocation in 659W accordance with local priorities. £476,873 was allocated from the fifth round of the Rural Bus Challenge, Garstang Super 8 scheme.
