§ Mr. PearsonThe Northern Ireland Office and Northern Ireland Departments, together with their Agencies and NDPBs, have been complying with the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002. Work is on-going to identify where asbestos is present, to assess the risk and to take action to manage such a risk.
The total cost of compliance has not yet been determined as much survey and inspection work is ongoing.
