§ Lord Williams of MostynThe planning application in respect of the Gocean Lodge Development Scheme was received on 24 November 2000. The consideration of the application is drawing to a conclusion, and it is expected that the Department of the Environment's Planning Service will be in a position to consult Down District Council with its preliminary opinion on the outcome of the planning application at its meeting in July.
