§ Paul GogginsThe Government are keen to expand the use of restorative justice in the adult criminal justice system, as well as continuing to build on its success in the youth justice system. We will shortly publish a consultation document, which will outline our plans to increase the opportunity for mediation between offender and victims, and reparation to the community.
