§ Mr. JamiesonThe Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency has clear procedures in place to deal with instances where vehicle cloning is suspected. Agency Intelligence officers carry out initial investigations to establish whether there are in fact two vehicles displaying the same registration mark. Information is then passed to the police for further action where appropriate.
