§ Caroline FlintMy right hon. Friend the Home Secretary contacted the First Minister prior to the publication of the consultation paper on entitlement cards and identity fraud. Contact has been maintained at official level, including arrangements to make the paper available to all the secretaries of the National Assembly when it was published.
National Assembly officials are involved in ongoing discussions following the end of the consultation.
