§ Mr. Stephen TwiggInformation on PSA targets is published on the DfES website and included in routine publications such as departmental reports and autumn performance reports, which involve no significant extra cost. Other publicity includes the strategic framework document Education and Skills: Delivering Results, A Strategy to 2006, which sets out the Departments key objectives and how they will be delivered, including PSA targets. The cost of this document, which is used by both224W staff and a variety of external audiences, was £19,514.25; this includes design, typesetting and both the first and second print runs.
